Who we are
Insider Realty is a California real estate brokerage based in San Francisco, California. This policy explains what this site collects, why, and the choices you have. Our agent, Zarko Maletin, holds California DRE license number 02440138, which you can check in the Department of Real Estate's public license lookup.
What we collect
What you send us. When you use the Talk to Zarko form, we collect your name, email, phone number if you give it, what you are planning, your message and how you want us to reach you.
What stays in your browser. The calculator and date checker run in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us. The site remembers your text size and the claim checklist in your browser's local storage. That stays on your device.
Server logs. Our hosting records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time.
Analytics. If analytics is turned on, it collects page views and general location. We do not use advertising cookies or ad tracking.
How we use it
To answer your message, help with your sale or purchase, send you what you asked for, keep the site working and improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. Form messages go to GoHighLevel, the system we use to organize and answer inquiries, and to the companies that host this site. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Your California privacy rights
As a California resident you can ask what we have collected about you, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell or share it for advertising). Using these rights will not change how we treat you. The California Attorney General explains these rights.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you, provide our services and keep the records the law requires.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
